As the Australian financial and property markets endured COVID led highs and lows, our Diversified Development Fund has demonstrated steady “through the cycle” growth.

In 2021 we achieved the milestone of $100m in completed or in-progress developments, and are now well on track to pass our $150m milestone in the first half of 2022.

Our rigorous approach to de-risking developments has resulted in:
– The achievement of property sale records in premium inner city suburbs.
– High pre-sales of our urban regeneration projects.
– Acceleration of the future elements of multi-stage projects including Otto Townhomes.
