He is the Managing Director of Capital Prudential funds management and is also a Non-Executive Director of the Social Impact Investment Network of South Australia.
Sam previously held Board and senior management positions at Rural Bank Limited and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. For over 13 years, he has worked across all aspects of banking including structured finance, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, credit, lending, operations and products.
Sam has also previously been a Director of Homesafe Solutions a specialist fund manager in the retirement sector. Prior to this Sam spent 10 years as a lawyer both in Australia and Europe specialising in international cross border structured finance transactions.
He is currently an Executive Director of Accord Property, a national commercial property developer, as well as funds management subsidiary, Accord Property Funds Management.
Jarrad was previously the National Operations Manager – Building Projects for ASX listed Programmed Ltd, where he managed a delivery team of 200 staff across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this he worked as a Valuer with the South Australian Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI).
He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of a national private group in the building construction industry. He provides strategic financial and governance advice as a consultant and holds several other non-executive director positions.
Previously, Scott was with KPMG for over 30 years including 16 years as a Partner. He was Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Sydney Real Estate & Construction audit practice and Partner in Charge of the South Australian practice.
Scott has been the auditor of ASX 50 Australian public companies operating in all facets of the property sector including, development, construction, investment and funds management.
Philip is currently a Non-Executive Director of Lutheran Superannuation Australia Ltd, Credit Union SA Ltd and LHI Retirement Services Inc.
Previously Phil was a Group Executive of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd where, over a 25 year career he was responsible for numerous divisions including, National Property Development Finance, Structured Finance, Aged Care and Retirement Development, Medical, Managed Funds, Credit Risk and Asset Management. Philip also held the position of Chief Credit Officer and Chaired the Bank’s Credit Committee.
Philip has also previously been a Director of the Risk Management Association of Australia.
Henry is the Chief Financial Officer of Capital Prudential. Henry also provides strategic financial advice as a consultant to a number of other organisations.
Prior to joining Capital Prudential, Henry led Deloitte Adelaide’s Transaction Services team, where for over 15 years he was focussed on providing corporate advisory, M&A and financial due diligence advice nationally to clients of all sizes.
David has developed a broad range of finance and business administration skills across the transport and logistics, aged care and retirement living, banking and finance, insolvency and accounting sectors.
He is a Director of Lifecare a not-for-profit aged care provider, including Chair of the Finance and Audit committee and member of the Property Development committee.
He has previously held senior management positions at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank as Head of Business Banking Strategy and Solutions, Rabobank Australia Branch as Regional Manager, Business Banking, SA / NT / WA and National Australia Bank as Business Development Manager SA & NT then Senior Corporate Relationship Manager, Global Financial Services SA and NT then Senior Manager, Wholesale Global Credit Bureau (in Melbourne, VIC).
Nick works for Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd where he holds the position of Head of Performance Measurement and Modelling in Group Finance, leading a team of Finance professional responsible for forecasting, reporting and modelling. Nick has held senior roles at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd since 2005, including Head of Capital Model development, Head of Management Accounting, and Head of Transaction Analysis and Modelling.
Nick has also held Finance roles in Peoples Choice Credit Union, South Australian Government Financing Authority and SunGard Treasury Systems.
Currently the CEO of Lutheran Super, she has held a number of group executive and Board roles over the last 12 years including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, Executive Corporate Resources. Her Board roles have included Director on Bank of Cyprus Australia and Director of a Technology start up NoQ.
Paul’s previous roles have included Director SA and WA, Government, Education and Community business, and Associate Director, Corporate Banking at National Australia Bank, Head of Middle Markets SA, Westpac; as well as senior banking roles with Westpac Sydney, and the Lloyds Bank Group in the UK, PNG and Australia.
She has worked across the retail, FMCG and manufacturing industries across Australia and the UK for premium, established brands and global businesses. She has strong background being a key finance stakeholder working alongside businesses in providing financial advice and support to financial and non-financial stakeholders.
