Capital Prudential was founded in 2019 by highly credentialed finance, legal and property specialists Sam Moore, Jarrad Haynes and Philip Riquier. Today, they are supported by a large and experienced team of professionals.
The vision of our directors was to establish high return, diversified and de-risked property backed funds in which they, their families and friends could invest.

Risk Management
We operate a centralised risk management, treasury and settlements function across all funds ensuring our investors and borrowers alike benefit from best in class risk management.
Directors
Sam previously held Board and senior management positions at Rural Bank Limited and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. For over 25 years, he has worked across all aspects of banking including structured finance, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, credit, lending, operations and products and risk and compliance.
Sam has also previously been a Director of Homesafe, a specialist residential property fund Manager. Prior to this Sam spent 10 years as a lawyer both in Australia and Europe specialising in international cross border structured finance transactions.
Prior to this, Jarrad was the National Operations Manager - Building Projects for ASX listed Programmed Pty Ltd (where his was responsible for 40 commercial builders across Australia and New Zealand) and also worked as a Valuer with the South Australian Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI).
Jarrad is also Chair of Amulet Property, a Non Executive Director of Helping Hand Aged Care and Board advisor to Haigh’s Chocolates.
Philip is currently a Non-Executive Director of MyVenue Pty Ltd (a global payments business), Credit Union SA Ltd and Lutheran Homes Group Inc. Philip is also a current advisor and past director of several national property development groups.
Previously Philip was a Group Executive of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd where, over a 23 year career he was responsible for numerous divisions including National Property Development, Structured Finance, Aged Care and Retirement Development, Managed Funds, Credit Risk and Asset Management.
Philip also held the position of Chief Credit Officer and Chaired the Bank’s Credit Committee.
Philip has also previously been a director of the Risk Management Association of Australia.
Tim has served extensively on Boards and Board committees (including Audit and Compliance Committees) of substantial subsidiaries, JVs and funds, providing strong financial, risk management and compliance oversight with complementary strategic input to ensure the success of the relevant company or fund.
Chris is currently CEO International of Asia Pacific data insights consultancy, The Illuminera Group, Chair of finance performance measurement firm DBM Consultants and Director of US based travel goods company Ethnotek LLC.
Previously Chris was the Asia Pacific CEO of Kantar TNS responsible for 18 countries. Chris also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in Australia, Africa and Asia.
Awarded membership of the Order of Australia (AM) for services to the Australia-Thailand and Australia-ASEAN relationship, Brenton has been Executive Chairman of DWP (Design Worldwide Partnership) an integrated design company with 350 staff providing architectural and interior design solutions across Asia, India and the Middle East since 2004. Brenton is also Director of Raimon Land, a Thailand based property development company listed on the SET (Stock Exchange of Thailand).
Brenton is a fellow and part time facilitator at the Institute of Directors of Thailand, current Treasurer and past President of the Australia-ASEAN Chamber of Commerce as well as Chairman of The Advance Australia Council (Thailand) and The Australian Football League (AFL) Thailand.
Previously, Brenton held the positions of Director of the Board of Trade Thailand, President and Vice President of the Australian–Thailand Chamber of Commerce and President of the South Australia Club Thailand.
Brenton is currently undertaking a Doctorate of Business in Corporate Governance with the Australian Institute of Business, and is a graduate of the University of South Australia (B.ed Sc.) and obtained his MBA from the University of Singapore.
Property and Development
Clancy prides himself on building high performance teams and motivating them to deliver the best outcomes for the business and projects they work on.
He has a broad understanding of various asset classes, having worked across projects including mixed use, residential, retail, commercial, student accommodation and industrial.
Before joining Capital Prudential, he was a Senior Development Manager for a private Melbourne based developer, and prior to this worked for an ASX listed fund manager.
He has a profound understanding of the requirements for specialised property developments, having worked as a specialist real estate agent and for private development companies. Prior to joining Capital Prudential, Sam was the National Acquisitions Manager for Liberty Petroleum.
Throughout his career, Jack has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to driving successful outcomes for stakeholders. His ability to identify opportunities and cultivate strong relationships has been instrumental in his achievements.
Having worked for leading international analytic company, CoreLogic, and property valuation company, Opteon, Dejan has gained an immense skillset and deep understanding of various real estate activities.
Most recently, Dejan worked for a private development company specialising in acquiring and delivering a broad range of commercial-based assets.
Funds
His academic background of an economics degree and a postgraduate in Applied Finance and Investment equips Michael to speak with authority on dynamics shaping and affecting the investment landscape.
Having previously worked with major Australian REITS such as Dexus, Westfield and Mirvac spanning strategic, financial and investor relations roles, David has developed a deep knowledge of all facets of property development, operations and transactions.
Most recently, David was General Manager, Funds Management for Daniel Grollo Group’s residential build-to-rent joint venture, Home.
Finance
In addition to her tax expertise, Kirsty has worked with a broad range of clients in the finance industry, providing invaluable financial advice and solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. Currently, Kirsty is leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience as a finance specialist with Capital Prudential.
Nick has also held Finance roles in People's Choice Credit Union, South Australian Government Financing Authority and SunGard Treasury Systems.
With over 25 years’ experience, Matthew has previously worked with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd, the Silverchain Group, Australian Energy Market Operator, ATCO Power Australia, ETSA Corporation, and AGL Australia.
David has developed a broad range of finance and business administration skills across the transport and logistics, aged care and retirement living, banking and finance, insolvency and accounting sectors.
He is a Director of Lifecare a not-for-profit aged care provider, including Chair of the Finance and Audit committee and member of the Property Development committee.
David's previous roles have included: Scott Corporation (Transport Sector) - CFO, CEO, senior management positions at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank as Head of Business Banking Strategy and Solutions, Rabobank Australia Branch as Regional Manager, Business Banking, SA / NT / WA and National Australia Bank as Business Development Manager SA & NT then Senior Corporate Relationship Manager, Global Financial Services SA and NT then Senior Manager, Wholesale Global Credit Bureau (in Melbourne, VIC).
Henry is a consultant within the finance team of Capital Prudential, while also providing strategic financial advice as a consultant to a number of other organisations.
Prior to joining Capital Prudential, Henry led Deloitte Adelaide’s Transaction Services team, where for over 15 years he was focused on providing corporate advisory, M&A and financial due diligence advice nationally to clients of all sizes.
Risk and Operations
Before commencing with Capital Prudential, he was the State Director for SA/NT/TAS Markets at NAB, leading a team of specialists providing market insights and hedging strategies to various businesses.
Dave holds numerous advanced qualifications, including a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment, a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. He is also accredited by the Australian Financial Management Authority and was listed on the Financial Advisors Register (FAR). He has received the Order of Merit in the Institute of Company Directors course. He also completed an intensive business program at Harvard.
He brings experience in complex lending structuring, financial analysis and reporting, project management and property funding.
Mostly recently, Jackson was a Senior Associate, Business Banking at NAB, specialising in commercial lending to property investors and developers, building and constructions companies and to the transport and logistics industry.
Advisory
Currently the CEO of Lutheran Super, she has held a number of group executive and Board roles over the last 12 years including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Transformation Officer, Executive Corporate Resources. Her Board roles have included Director on Bank of Cyprus Australia and Director of a Technology start up NoQ.
Paul’s previous roles have included Director SA and WA, Government, Education and Community business, and Associate Director, Corporate Banking at National Australia Bank, Head of Middle Markets SA, Westpac; as well as senior banking roles with Westpac Sydney, and the Lloyds Bank Group in the UK, PNG and Australia.
