Prior to this, Jarrad was the National Operations Manager - Building Projects for ASX listed Programmed Pty Ltd (where his was responsible for 40 commercial builders across Australia and New Zealand) and also worked as a Valuer with the South Australian Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI).

Jarrad is also Chair of Amulet Property, a Non Executive Director of Helping Hand Aged Care and Board advisor to Haigh’s Chocolates.

Chris is currently CEO International of Asia Pacific data insights consultancy, The Illuminera Group, Chair of finance performance measurement firm DBM Consultants and Director of US based travel goods company Ethnotek LLC.

Previously Chris was the Asia Pacific CEO of Kantar TNS responsible for 18 countries. Chris also has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in Australia, Africa and Asia.

Brenton is a highly accomplished property development professional and experienced board director with executive management experience spanning construction, architecture, automotive, pharmaceuticals and distribution.

Awarded membership of the Order of Australia (AM) for services to the Australia-Thailand and Australia-ASEAN relationship, Brenton has been Executive Chairman of DWP (Design Worldwide Partnership) an integrated design company with 350 staff providing architectural and interior design solutions across Asia, India and the Middle East since 2004. Brenton is also Director of Raimon Land, a Thailand based property development company listed on the SET (Stock Exchange of Thailand).

Brenton is a fellow and part time facilitator at the Institute of Directors of Thailand, current Treasurer and past President of the Australia-ASEAN Chamber of Commerce as well as Chairman of The Advance Australia Council (Thailand) and The Australian Football League (AFL) Thailand.

Previously, Brenton held the positions of Director of the Board of Trade Thailand, President and Vice President of the Australian–Thailand Chamber of Commerce and President of the South Australia Club Thailand.

Brenton is currently undertaking a Doctorate of Business in Corporate Governance with the Australian Institute of Business, and is a graduate of the University of South Australia (B.ed Sc.) and obtained his MBA from the University of Singapore.

Philip is an experienced ASX 100 Banking Executive, property developer and professional independent company director.

Philip is currently a Non-Executive Director of MyVenue Pty Ltd (a global payments business), Credit Union SA Ltd and Lutheran Homes Group Inc. Philip is also a current advisor and past director of several national property development groups.

Previously Philip was a Group Executive of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd where, over a 23 year career he was responsible for numerous divisions including National Property Development, Structured Finance, Aged Care and Retirement Development, Managed Funds, Credit Risk and Asset Management.

Philip also held the position of Chief Credit Officer and Chaired the Bank’s Credit Committee.

Philip has also previously been a director of the Risk Management Association of Australia.

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the property sector, spanning operations,
development, capital transactions, strategy and governance within major listed companies , including Stockland and Westfield. Stephen finished his executive career at Stockland in 2018 where he held the role of Group Executive and CEO of their Retirement Communities business. Prior to that Stephen led their Retail, Office and Industrial Development team.

Since 2018 Stephen has built a diverse Board portfolio including listed, private, government and for purpose organisations. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Summerset Group Holdings Ltd (NZX: SUM & ASX: SNZ), Chair and Non-Executive Director of Bridge Housing Ltd and a Board Member of the ACT Government City Renewal Authority (CRA). In addition Stephen sits on the Investment Committees for the NSW Government Transport Asset Holding Entity (TAHE) and the MaxCap Group.

Carolyn is a highly accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial law, governance, and executive leadership. Carolyn’s career began in legal practice, where she specialised in commercial advice, insolvency, and trade practices. She was Managing Partner at Cowell Clarke Commercial Lawyers for 8 years, doubling the size of the firm and significantly improving profitability over that time.

Carolyn holds directorships across a diverse range of sectors, including as Chair of Netball SA
and Haigh’s Chocolates, Deputy Chair of Lawguard Management Pty Ltd, Sarah Group Holdings
and the South Australian Motorsport Board, and previously, served as Chair of Credit Union SA Ltd.

In addition, Carolyn previously held executive positions as Chair of The Executive Connection
Group 6 (mentoring business owners and CEOs) and as Acting Executive Director of the
Women’s and Children’s Health Research Institute Incorporated where she led a restructure of
the organisation resulting in a long term funding and research agreement with the University
of Adelaide and South Australian Health and Medical Research Institute (SAHMRI) to ensure
continuation of the Institute’s research.

Clancy’s experience covers mixed-use and residential projects including large scale multi-stage developments (up to $750m of value) and covers the full breadth of the development life cycle.

Matthew is a property development and construction professional with experience across both institutional grade and private development projects.

He has a broad understanding of various asset classes, having worked across projects including mixed use, residential, retail, commercial, student accommodation and industrial.

Before joining Capital Prudential, he was a Senior Development Manager for a private Melbourne based developer, and prior to this worked for an ASX listed fund manager.

Jack is an experienced and passionate property professional with a strong track record in property development and project leasing. His expertise extends across international markets, as he has worked with Colliers in their London retail team and achieved successful outcomes in one of Australia's largest recent shopping centre redevelopments.

Throughout his career, Jack has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to driving successful outcomes for stakeholders. His ability to identify opportunities and cultivate strong relationships has been instrumental in his achievements.

Tim brings over 20 years of experience in property and funds management. Starting his career at Deloitte and advancing at Lend Lease, Tim joined BlackWall, an ASX-listed property and funds management company, where he played a key role in expanding its investment portfolio to $600 million in assets over his 16 years there. Most recently as Joint Managing Director and CFO, Tim led BlackWall to build a robust funds management platform and helped create WOTSO Property, Australia’s largest suburban flex-space provider and a listed REIT.

Outside of his professional life, Tim serves on the board of Coogee Boys Preparatory School and is a life member of Eastern Suburbs Cricket Club in Sydney.

Jackson is a passionate business and finance professional, with a broad range of skills spanning across banking and business administration.

He brings experience in complex lending structuring, financial analysis and reporting, project management and property funding.

Mostly recently, Jackson was a Senior Associate, Business Banking at NAB, specialising in commercial lending to property investors and developers, building and constructions companies and to the transport and logistics industry.

Sam is an experienced international finance professional and lawyer.

Sam previously held Board and senior management positions at Rural Bank Limited and Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. For over 25 years, he has worked across all aspects of banking including structured finance, capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, credit, lending, operations and products and risk and compliance.

Sam has also previously been a Director of Homesafe, a specialist residential property fund Manager. Prior to this Sam spent 10 years as a lawyer both in Australia and Europe specialising in international cross border structured finance transactions.

Amelia is an experienced banking professional with legal and finance qualifications. Prior to joining Capital Prudential, she held various analytical and business partner positions with Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd across the Finance and Business Banking Divisions and previously, worked as a Personal Banker at Westpac Banking Corporation Ltd.

Anna is a seasoned banking and finance professional with over 22 years of experience in the industry. Throughout her career, Anna has held several senior leadership roles at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd, where she was responsible for overseeing operations, driving the implementation of strategic initiatives, and managing key relationships. Her extensive expertise spans operations management, change implementation, and project management of complex solutions.

Kristie is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of experience in financial services and funds management in listed and unlisted environments.

Prior to joining Capital Prudential, she was the CFO of Irongate Group, an ASX and JSE dual listed REIT. Irongate Group had its origins as the Investec Group’s Australian and New Zealand property investment and asset management business. Kristie joined the Investec group in 2009 where she worked in both central finance and property. She was responsible for Investec Australia’s finance operations prior to joining the property team.

Kristie started her career in accounting, where she was a manager in assurance, tax and business services.

Kirsty is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with a Bachelor of Commerce and CPA qualifications. With extensive experience having worked in mid-tier accounting firms across SA specialising in taxation, Kirsty is an expert in navigating complex taxation and compliance regulations.

In addition to her tax expertise, Kirsty has worked with a broad range of clients in the finance industry, providing invaluable financial advice and solutions to help them achieve their business objectives. Currently, Kirsty is leveraging her extensive knowledge and experience as a finance specialist with Capital Prudential.

Nick is a Certified Practicing Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in Banking and Finance roles. Nick was previously Head of Performance Measurement and Modelling at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd, leading a team of Finance professionals responsible for forecasting, reporting and modelling. Other senior roles at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank Ltd, included Head of Capital Model development, Head of Management Accounting, and Head of Transaction Analysis and Modelling.

Nick has also held Finance roles in People's Choice Credit Union, South Australian Government Financing Authority and SunGard Treasury Systems.

Debby is a passionate accounting professional who is currently working to obtain her Chartered Accountant designation from CAANZ.

Before joining Capital Prudential, she gained experience in external audit at one of the Big4 accounting firms in Adelaide. Prior to that, she worked at a mid-tier accounting firm, where she specialised in taxation and business services.

Shirley is a NSW-qualified solicitor with over 15 years of experience in legal, compliance, and company secretarial roles within the funds management industry. Prior to joining Capital Prudential, Shirley was a Regulatory Compliance Manager at First Sentier Investors, where she monitored regulatory changes and ensured compliance across marketing and licensing functions. She also worked as Legal Counsel at Platinum Asset Management, overseeing legal and governance matters for both listed and unlisted entities.

Shirley began her career in risk and compliance before transitioning to legal and governance roles, bringing a wealth of expertise to her position at Capital Prudential.

Paul is an experienced banker with extensive knowledge dealing with a broad client base. In the last 14 years he has focussed particularly on the not-for-profit sectors including major religious institutions as well as the government and education sectors.

Paul’s previous roles have included Director SA and WA, Government, Education and Community business, and Associate Director, Corporate Banking at National Australia Bank, Head of Middle Markets SA, Westpac; as well as senior banking roles with Westpac Sydney, and the Lloyds Bank Group in the UK, PNG and Australia.
