Scott is a Chartered Accountant and was with KPMG for over 30 years (16 years as partner) including Partner in Charge of KPMG’s Sydney Real Estate & Construction audit practice and Partner in Charge of the South Australian practice.
Scott’s primary interest is in the real estate sector, with experience in implementing governance, project and risk management systems; advising on capital raising, merger, acquisition and disposal transactions; and advising on the financial performance and feasibility of projects.
Scott has been the auditor of ASX 50 Australian public companies operating in all facets of the property sector including, development, construction, investment and funds management. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of a national private group in the building construction industry; he provides strategic financial and governance advice as a consultant; and holds a number of other non-executive director positions.
